How to keep your hair healthy?
Great Hair Health, starts with loving you and wanting to take care of your kinks, curls & coils naturally. This includes knowing any health conditions you may have. Health conditions can impact the condition of your hair. Know your hair type! This is important to know so you know what treatment your hair will respond to. Keep in mind that what's good for others may not be good for you. What is your hair type; 3A, 3B,3C, 4A, 4B, 4C. I have provided a chart help you determine the curl texture of your hair. The tighter the curl pattern the coarser the hair. and the heavier the natural oil should be used.

Do you suffer from a dry itchy scalp, inflammation of the scalp, hair breakage, and/or alopecia symptoms?
If so, this can be treated with natural oils like; castor, jojoba, and coconut oils infused with essential oils (Thyme, Rosemary, Mint, and Lavender) to name a few. Taking care of your scalp means nourishing your hair follicles with natural treatments, that moisturize your scalp and hair. Natural ingredients are without harsh chemicals that are drying and damaging to the hair. One of many harsh chemicals is SULFA, this strips the scalp and hair of its natural oils, which can cause hair breakage.

Castor Oil
Great for 4C natural
hair. When hair is curlier, it makes it hard for oil to get down to the scalp, because this oil in its purest form is a little thicker, it is easier to
get down to the scalp and holds in moisture from the roots to the ends of your hair.
